By using AutoFlow Solutions, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide automation, web development, and data services on a one-time, project, or monthly retainer basis. The exact scope is agreed before work begins.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD. Each plan offers Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers, and custom packages are available. Payment is processed securely via Payoneer, Wise, or international bank transfer (SWIFT). All plans include full documentation handover.

4. Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel at any time.
• If work has already started, a percentage is deducted for the work completed and the remainder is refunded.
• If no work has begun, you receive a full refund.
• Monthly retainers can be cancelled with reasonable notice; the current period is not pro-rated unless agreed.

5. Deliverables & support

Each plan includes a support period for bug fixes at no extra cost. We provide documentation and a handover so your team can operate the automations.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to request automation that violates third-party terms or applicable law.

7. Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
